Who we are

Ati Alipour is a New York and California licensed attorney and the principal attorney at Hudson Law Firm. She is also Assistant Ombuds at Cornell University, where she serves Faculty, Staff and Students. 

She also has experience as a conflict resolution consultant to the Office of the Ombudsman for United Nations Funds and Programmes in Manhattan, where she served five of the UN organizations, including UNDP, UNICEF and UNFPA in resolving their workplace disputes. 

As a mediator, Ati handled EEOC matters and referrals from Maryland judiciary.
Ati has extensive experience as a practicing lawyer in different areas including international trade and business law.She has handled a variety of cross-border agreements and trademark matters internationally. She takes a holistic approac in her conflict resolution work and her practice entails a variety of methods such as ombuds, conflict caching and mediation and she is specifically interested in identifying root causes of conflicts and systemic issues to predict and prevent future conflicts.
